Reed Diffuser Tips
Reed Diffusers are a simple and effective way to diffuse continuous fragrance throughout your room.
Before removing the stopper from the bottle, place it on a hard, flat surface such as a steel kitchen bench. DO NOT place it on any painted, delicate surface or wood as perfume can damage these surfaces.
Carefully remove the stopper from the bottle. This will be very tight to avoid leakage. We recommend using a tea towel to hold the bottle securely and wiggle the cap from side to side in an upwards motion and gently ease the stopper out of the bottle.
Place the reed sticks into the bottle, and wipe any spillages, making sure the outside of the bottle is clean.
To avoid damage, never place the diffuser directly on furniture – use a coaster or diffuser plate at all times. Keep the diffuser well out of reach from children and pets and away from any naked flames.
The aroma may take a few days to soak up the sticks and bloom. Rotate the sticks upside down once a week to help release the aroma. Take care to avoid spills or drips.
The strength of the aroma depends on many environmental aspects such as humidity, temperature, air flow, drafts and room size.
